A shared list is a fleet-wide prefix-list owned by BGPTool: edit it once here, and Sync pushes the exact entry set to every attached router as policy-options prefix-list <name> (commit confirmed, auto-confirmed while the router stays reachable). Use it for allow lists, management ranges, scrubber targets — anything referenced from several routers' policies or firewall filters. Managed convention lists (DART/DART6/BOGON-LIST/AS-*) stay with the per-router BGP intent and can't be shared.
